Kevin has served as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, the world’s leading Strategic Management Consulting firm. In that role he was a leader for the North American Energy Practice.

In the GCC, Kevin spent 15 years working for Investcorp and Arcapita Private Equity with headquarters in Bahrain.

He is a seasoned board member with experience in a range of Private Equity Portfolio Company board roles, including Board Chairman, Compensation Committee Chairman, and service on Audit Committees.

Kevin has been the CEO or President for a wide range of companies in the Energy and other sectors often with Private Equity funding.  He specializes in developing longer term value-creation initiatives and corporate/balance sheet restructurings. He has deep experience in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Business Transformations, Change Agent, Operations Leadership, and Talent Management.

He has wide-rangingi ndustry/sector experience, with depth in Energy, Business Services, Consumer/Retail/Food & Beverage, and Healthcare. Past Board Chairman and CEO Advisor for a successful startup, culminating in a sale to a PE-backed company.
