Currently William provides advisory services to private equity infrastructure funds on acquisitions, investments, generation resources, regulatory climate, and behind the meter, customer centered strategies.  He also manages CCE Investments which is an early-stage investor for customer centered energy technologies.

He is working with Chevron as the lead investor in an Energy Transition Fund, Riverbend X. He has also worked with the US Department of Energy on Hydrogen Hub Selection for the $1T US Infrastructure program.

William has served as CFO at several national Energy and Resource public companies including CenterPoint Energy, NV Energy and American Water with market caps up to $20B with some being Fortune 500 members. In these roles William was responsible for financial planning and analysis involving many acquisitions and divestments.  CenterPoint Energy acquired Vectren Corporation in a $30B deal during William’s time as CFO. NV Energy was eventually purchased by Warrant Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway for $10B.

Earlier in his career, William served as Managing Director of Capital Markets at JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch where he oversaw Merchant Banking and Debt Capital Markets.
