Privacy notice

This site collects information in one place only: the contact form. Everything below describes what happens to it.

What we collect

When you send a note through the contact form, we receive the name, work email, company and message you type into it. Our server also records the browser user agent and the originating IP address of the submission, which we use to block automated abuse of the form.

We collect nothing else. Browsing the rest of this site does not create a record, and we do not ask you to identify yourself to read any page.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

We do not build a profile of you, we do not run retargeting, and we do not sell or share your information for anyone else’s marketing.

Why we hold it and for how long

We use what you send to reply to you and to prepare for a first conversation. If that conversation leads to an engagement, the record becomes part of the engagement file and is kept for as long as our professional and regulatory record-keeping obligations require.

If it does not lead to an engagement, we keep the enquiry so we recognize you if you come back, and delete it on request.

Submissions are stored in a database operated by Supabase on our behalf. Access is restricted to the partners and staff who need it.

Asking what we hold, or having it deleted

Write to privacy@eschercapital.com and tell us the email address you used. We will confirm what we hold, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it, and we will reply within thirty days.

Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights beyond those described here. Nothing in this notice is intended to limit them; write to the same address and we will deal with the request.

The correspondence address for privacy matters is Escher Capital, 25 Broadway, New York, NY 10004.
